The larger background was made using watercolour paper, inked using dylusions spray inks and then spritzed.  The main picture background was made using Distressed stains, silver & blue.  Before this dried I sprayed dylusions ink.  Once dried, I stamped it using 'Designs by Ryn' sea bubbles and rising bubbles.  The large droplets are from the raindrops set.  http://designsbyryn.com/index.php/shop1/#!/~/category/id=2559654&offset=9&sort=normal
